Only 50 feet to enjoy the sand and warm waters and tide pools of Maple Beach one of the best seashell beaches in the USA. Only 35 minutes from Vancouver Airport or Downtown Vancouver and 15 minutes to the Victoria Ferry or Tsawwassen Mills. Whether you’re catching up on rest or enjoying some quiet time, this waterfront apartment is unique & offers a welcoming vibe. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

You will never be disappointed in the view here. The sunrises in the summer are spectacular. The bed was very comfy, and the room was clean. Check in with Steven (the host)was good as well. If you need anything Steven is right next door. I would stay here again.

Stephen is a gracious host, checking in on us regularly as late arrivals and meeting us personally despite the late arrival time (after 10pm). The property is very clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the beach... literally walk across the quiet street. Maple Beach has the warmest waters north of San Diego thanks to shallow tidelands. Point Roberts is special. Checkout was equally pleasant and quick. We loved the stay and will be back frequently; will be staying here again.

Maple Beach is simply the oldest and best Waterfront Cottage Country location in the BC Lower Mainland. Maple Beach has been the premier summer waterfront vacation location for over 125 years.

A Historical waterfront Maple Beach House built in 1923 and fully renovated for guest comfort. Closest and with Best views of sunrises over Boundary Bay , Mount Baker to the San Juan Islands.
Maple Beach House was opened in 1923 but has been fully updated for guests enjoyment with ensuite bathrooms and the highest speed internet while keeping the historic charm.

Maple Beach in Point Roberts made TRIPS TO DISCOVER’S list as one of the best 14 beaches in the USA for shelling. This 100-acre beach is a treasure trove for beachcombers and shell collectors alike and bird watchers with eagles and shore birds.

At high tide in the summer water temperature can be 80f (27c) making this the warmest beach in WA, OR or CA States for ocean swimming . This beach is truly a gem, and the best part is that it’s easily accessible from Vancouver, BC, or Seattle, WA.

But there are more – visitors can engage in various activities such as sandcastle building, skim-boarding, and swimming/sunbathing, making it a great spot for families. What sets Maple Beach apart from the other 13 beaches on the list is its location on the Boundary Bay side, offering stunning views of the Salish Sea and 10,700 ft Mount Baker.
