The first floor features a living-dining room, kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and access to a panoramic terrace with a covered porch and barbecue area. There is also a covered outdoor laundry room. The lower floor has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower terrace, you will find a small private pool and four sun loungers. The property has 160 m² and accommodates 8 people, ideal for family getaways. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, and TV with Chromecast. The main highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a spacious covered terrace and barbecue. The views from the terrace are unmatched. Enjoy relaxing, sunbathing, and dining outdoors with your loved ones. You can also enjoy the small private pool, perfect for cooling off during the day.



The beach is accessible on foot in 5 minutes via stairs from the same street. There is street parking and a garage option available on request for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is available on request and for an additional charge. Groups of young people are not permitted. Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax and complete the registration process.
