Lake Maggiore and Maccagno are just a 5-minute drive away, and hiking trails start right outside the door.<br><br>The Accommodation<br>Our rustic rustico with fantastic lake and mountain views awaits you! Thanks to its detached location, you’ll enjoy your privacy while still being right in the heart of things. The adjoining sunroom offers a seating area sheltered from rain and wind for lovely evenings and quickly becomes a third room. The garden spans several levels and, with its outdoor furniture, invites you to relax. The hammock might just become your new favorite spot. The great location of the village and our rustico, with its spacious outdoor area, delights nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and hiking enthusiasts alike. There’s even a small waterfall just a few meters from the house. <br><br>Inside, a cozy living room with a dining area awaits you. You can reach the sleeping area via a fixed staircase without a railing, designed for two people (in the sleeping area <br>, there is a pull-out sleeper chair in addition to the double bed). A kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals is available, as well as a small bathroom with a walk-in shower. An electric heater is available for cooler days. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided. There’s also a radio with a CD player, along with a selection of CDs and books for your enjoyment.<br><br>Parking is available in the free public parking lot; the final 80 meters to the house involve a short walk uphill along a paved, somewhat steep path. The panoramic views of the mountains and lake make the short climb well worth it. We promise!
