Arcachon: Residence "Maïlys", built in 2011. In a central, busy position, in the heart of the city, from the sea, 200 m from the beach. In the complex: lift. Public car park at 50 m, extra. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3.6 km, bar, bakery, café 50 m, bus stop "Centre-ville" 260 m, railway station "Arcachon" 550 m, ferry "UBA" 300 m, sandy beach "Thiers" 200 m, park "Mauresque" 450 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 2.8 km. Sports harbour 3.6 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Dune du Pyla 11.7 km, Eratopia 9.7 km, Navette Maritime pour le Cap Ferret 350 m, Observatoire Sainte Cécile 750 m, Casino 550 m, Marché Municipal 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Magdeleine 11.1 km, Lac de Cazaux 17.7 km. Please note: entertainment in the season. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Arcachon. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 4 m2, west facing position, terrace 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Prestation médiocre

Pas de papier toilette dans les wc, Pas de sac poubelle. Le mobilier décrépis par en lambeaux ( tabouret cuisine). La literie hors d’âge avec un des matelas qui dégageait une odeur de chaussette

Cher Bruno, Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Suite à celui-ci nous avons inspecté le logement mais n'avons constaté aucun défaut quant à la literie ou au mobilier. Veuillez noter que vous pouvez nous contacter durant notre séjour si jamais vous observez le moindre problème. Nous avons bien noté votre déception de ne pas trouver de produits de base comme du papier toilette ou des sacs poubelle, mais il s’agit d’une location de vacances et nous vous confirmons que ces produits ne sont pas inclus dans la prestation, conformément à l'article 4.6 de nos conditions générales. Apartment mit kurzen Distanzen

Nach der eigenen Reinigung zu Beginn war die Unterkunft sehr in Ordnung. Großer Vorteil: Kurze Wege zu Bahnhof, Strand und Einkaufen. WiFi haben wir nicht genutzt. Küche ist gut bestückt.

Bel appartement à 5 minutes de la mer

Appartement grand, moderne et bien équipé pour une famille de 4 ou 2 couples d’amis. L’emplacement est idéal en plein centre piéton d’Arcachon et à quelques minutes de la mer. La résidence est très bien entretenue. Seul hic: en période de canicule, l’appartement retient la chaleur et la propriétaire n’autorise pas l’utilisation de la Clim… les nuits ont été difficiles! De plus, la box internet ne fonctionnait pas, un peu embêtant si on n’est pas abonné chez Orange (seul réseau dispo à Arcachon)
