Top location, but messy and out of date

Location is really great: everything Arcachon has to offer is just around the corner. But there is a lot af room for improvement concerning the interior: Kitchen Adjust and firmly secure the misaligned kitchen cabinet door. Purchase more regular drinking glasses. There are currently an unusually large number of wine glasses (12), but relatively few standard drinking glasses. Thoroughly clean or, if necessary, replace the glass oven dishes and cookware. Do not leave food products stored in the kitchen cabinets. Purchase one complete matching cutlery set instead of a collection of mixed items from different sets. Prevent ants from being present in the kitchen. Bathroom Layout Why was this solution chosen? Part of the living room has been partitioned off to create a walk-in shower. The walk-in shower is pleasant to use, but the current layout is not entirely practical. There is now a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, as well as a separate walk-in shower area with an additional sink. Points for Improvement Clean the walk-in shower more thoroughly; mold is visible in the silicone sealant joints. Have the glass partition professionally resealed. Improve the drainage of the sink in the walk-in shower area, as it currently does not drain properly. Living Room Remove the outdated floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall covering the entire rear wall. Organize and conceal the cables around the TV cabinet and router. The additional power outlets are useful, but they could be installed and finished more neatly. Introduce more ambient lighting. At present, there are only bright ceiling lights that all switch on simultaneously, creating very little atmosphere.

Le bien est "dans son jus" sans plus

L'état de l'appartement nécéssiterai qq gros travaux, porte fenêtre ne fermant pas ( jour important entre les vantaux et les dormants) cuisine très sombre par manque d'éclairage, électro-ménager de la même époque que l'appartement, porte de cuisine à ouvrir très délicatement car frotte sur le sol (détail les portes intérieures sont en verre). La baignoire relookée avec une résine n'est pas utilisable. Positif la situation géographique de la location, proche de toutes commodités, le point de vue sur le bassin, magnifique. Votre contact sur place parfait et pour terminer les infiltrations d'eau dans le parking souterrain et en fonction de l'emplacement affecté peuvent ajouter un souvenir à rapporter sur le véhicule (traces de salpêtre conséquentes avec ses infiltrations. Pour moi cela aura été une flaque d'eau pour monter dans mon véhicule)

Vue de rêve

Vue de rêve sur le bassin d'Arcachon, emplacement idéal en centre-ville : près des commerces, de l'animation, de la gare. Terrasse toute la journée mi-ombre/mi-soleil. Appartement très bien équipé.
