* There is a $28.25/day resort fee due at the property upon check-in.
* Early check-in time is permitted if the room is ready upon arrival but cannot be guaranteed.
* Minimum age for booking is 21 years of age. We will ask you for your date of birth once you book.
* There is a deposit and/or credit card authorization at check-in. Check-in at the front desk.
* No smoking allowed. There is a $300 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
* No pets are permitted. There is a $250 penalty fee for failure to abide by the rule.
* Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

The property is located inside the luxurious Grande Dunes Resort on the Grande Dunes Marina.
There are three restaurants on site.
55″ Samsung Ultra High Definition LED – LCD TV’s in Living Room; 47″ HDTV’s in Master Bedroom; 37” HDTV’s in 2nd Bedroom with Premium Channels.
Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.
