This lovely, cozy first-floor unit has everything you`ll need for your next vacation.
Come with your family and friends and enjoy a lovely, quiet spot located 5 minutes away from the beach and all the attractions.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our three-bedroom, two-bath condo featuring an open-air kitchen that’s fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and modern appliances — including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, and toaster. Whether you`re whipping up a family meal or just brewing your morning coffee, you`ll have everything you need.

The condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer, iron, detergents, fresh linens, towels, and starter paper products — all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

There’s a comfortable dining area perfect for enjoying family meals or gathering for a fun game night. And once the little ones are asleep, you can relax with a glass of wine on the patio while taking in the peaceful lake view.

We offer a full-size crib for your baby (available upon request — just let us know when booking and we’ll have it ready for you), along with books and games for kids to enjoy during your stay.

⚠️ Please note: While we do provide family-friendly amenities, our condo is not childproof — adult supervision is required at all times to ensure your children`s safety.

The cleaning fee reflects the standard rate in the Myrtle Beach area and
goes directly to the hardworking cleaning professionals who prepare the
space for each guest. Their attention to detail ensures a fresh, welcoming
environment every time.

My goal is to provide a smooth and honest booking experience, without the extra charges that can add up quickly. I want you to feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.



We take our guest`s security and privacy very seriously, and for that reason,
please be advised that your Booking Reservation may be canceled without
notice if,
1. The primary renter`s name doesn`t match the account holder`s name.
2. The account holder`s name doesn`t match the name on the credit card used.
3. Government issued ID is not provided right after the final payment.
4. Guests must be at least 35 years of age to book.

Immaculate Magnolia Point Condo

We just returned from a a wonderful 2 week stay at the most comfortable, clean and absolutely beautufl Magnolia Point Condo. This was our second stay at this rental and we just adore everything it has to offer. New this visit was gorgeous flooring throughout (as someone who uses both a walker and wheelchair, this new feature made mobility so easy). The walk-in-shower with a built in bench is amazing as well! The host Art is so accomodating and provides everything you need for a wonderful holiday!!

Nice and quiet. Can smoke out side. I am ocd with cleaning and this was not bad at all. . Very roomy. Not far from attractions. Would stay again. Price not bad at all. Beds clean and comfortable. Felt like I was home. Was bigger than what pictures show. Thank you.

We will book again!

Our family was there for our daughter’s dance competition and the location was perfect. Everything was so nice and accommodating! This was by far the best family friendly place we have stayed in all the years vacationing at Myrtle. We loved sitting in the sunroom that overlooked the pond and walking path. Art was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We had a wonderful week!

Awesome all around!

The property was better than advertised. So clean and spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their accommodations including the kids sharing a room. Very well outfitted with all kinds of appliances to make it convenient. Plenty of pools to choose from, close to the main drag and close to the beach. The whole process was so easy and the check in and out was so easy. The only thing we didn't like was the upstairs tenants were very loud late and early morning, but I know that you can't control for that rental. All in all a great experience.

Home away from home (2 miles from the beach)

Love your beautiful home and the proximity to the beach. Having all the extra things: baby crib, board games, air fresheners, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, cooking utensils, washing detergent (had mine own), but you guys thought of everything to make our home away from home - perfect!

Perfect Stay

Condo was even better than expected. Spotless, well kept and beautifully decorated. Many unexpected extras like Keurig coffee tabs, plenty of TV offerings and other small but appreciated accessories. Location also very convenient to golf, downtown and beaches. Would stay there again in a minute.

Myrtle beach golf vacation

We were quite impressed from the start with the ease of booking , communication, and property in general. The unit was clean and supplied everything we needed. Location near the 2 Myrtlewood golf courses was perfect. Grocery store and shopping were within minutes. There were bike , walking trails along the Intercoastal waterway close by. Broadway at the beach was 5 minutes away and beach about 15 min We would highly recommend this place and will stay again. 😊

Excellent!

Everything about the property was excellent! We had the best time and the layout was perfect! There were some board games left at the property to use and thought it would be nice to leave something as well so we bought a chess and checker set! If we are ever in need of a place in Myrtle Beach this will be it!

Magnolia Pointe Paradise

What an absolutely clean, well stocked, roomy and gorgeous rental!!! We just returned from a spectacular 2 week stay at Magnolia Pointe in North Myrtle Beach. I needed a rental that was handicap accessible and this did not disappoint!! The accessibility of both the washroom and the entire unit met all my needs and I am so grateful!! Thank you so much Art, your place is amazing and you were so accommodating, we can't wait to come back!!

40th Wedding Anniversary

The property was better than the picture exposed. We drove from Florida to spend a quite week & celebrate our 40th anniversary & we did just that. Our first plans were canceled due to hurricane Ian so instead of Tampa we headed to Myrtle Beach. There were minor issues but Art was great in communicating with me whenever I needed him. If we ever in the area again we will stay here.

Fantastic!

Family Vacation

There were 6 of us ladies and the accommodations were perfect. Enough sleeping space for everyone, the house was beautiful, well kept, close to everything and an overall a relaxing space. Perfect sized kitchen with everything there that we needed to prepare meals. On the second day, one of my family members was already planning another trip because they enjoyed the space so much. Thanks to the owner who made themselves available during our stay. I would definitely love to come visit Myrtle Beach again and stay here.

Great Trip

This property was excellent. Clean, fresh, well stocked. We took advantage of the board games, the screen porch and the stocked kitchen. Communication was great. We went with another couple and 2 of our teenagers and definitely had a great time!

Would Book Again!

The property looks just like it does in the listing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Condo was spacious enough for our family of six. The kitchen contained many appliances, utensils and cookware. (More than what most rentals would have) The property owner, Art was very accommodating and responded promptly to all of our questions. You will not be disappointed with this property.
