The studio was fabulous. Clean beautiful spacious for two or more. Laundry room was a big plus and beach chairs with beach towels. Easy 15 minute to the beach with beautiful homes to view and beaches to enjoy. I will be back! Add a ceiling and it would be 6 stars!

Location is great. First of all, I was not notified that there would be construction in the garage. Loud metal sawing, grinding and hammering. The dog was scared out of his mind and that set the tone for the entire week. For a few days we didn’t have access to our assigned parking spot that was promised so involved searching for parking that was not convenient especially for move in and groceries. The door hinge to our apartment was misaligned and the door wouldn’t close properly. I couldn’t open it without the help of my husband. They did respond finally and repaired the door hinge. Construction lasted a few days…a good portion of a week long stay. The apartment is relatively new so the surfaces were clean but the rug and sofa were dirty. Lastly, there was no storage for clothing or toiletries which required living out of a suitcase. The closet was packed with towels and old wire hangers. The cabinet under the TV was jam packed with old and unnecessary blankets. The end tables and console table in the bedroom were lovely they offered no storage capability. This apartment is certainly large enough for better storage solutions.

Location & Convenience

Location is great, short walk to 5th avenue for dinners. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great to have the beach chairs, towels and umbrella.

We loved our stay. The one room efficiency was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable furniture and bed. Great appliances including a blender for making smoothies. We loved that we could walk to everything- the beach, restaurants, the gym, dog park, etc.

Luxury, classy and dog friendly!

I don’t have to talk about the location because it is obviously right at the city center of olde Naples. The place looks newly built with classy luxurious finishes. It might also be the only place where you can rent by days! The best of all for me - it allows two dogs!! So no complaints. Definitely recommend 👍
