The Space:

Enjoy Northern Michigan in this well-equipped and comfortable home situated on the edge of the woods with downtown Harbor Springs five minutes away. This home has views of a pond and Lake Michigan from the combined living/dining room, which also features a flatscreen TV and a two-sided granite fireplace. The covered front deck is perfect for lounging, dining, watching the sunset, and enjoying a drink. The back deck offers privacy, a dining area, as well as chaises for tanning. The open-concept kitchen features another flatscreen TV and enjoys the benefits of the other side of the stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the woods. What’s nearby: This home is only 10 miles from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob ski slopes, and just three miles from downtown Harbor Springs. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Single-level home (no stairs). Easy access for guests with limited mobility. Optional access to the neighborhood amenities (shared pool, golf course, dining facilities, fitness facility, tennis courts, playground, hiking trails) is available for groups of 5 or less for an additional fee ($750 during May through September, $250 for October through April). Please contact us for more information about seasonal amenities.

Great house-great location!

Very clean house in a great location. Perfect if you want to enjoy Harbor Springs and Good Hart without staying in the bustling downtown. Nice to have the amenities of the country club as well.

Lovely home big yard with a view of Lake Michigan. Great golf course and nice restaurant two minutes away. I would recommend this home.

What an absolutely beautiful home in which to stay. Comfort, space, and lovely decor. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning and spotted deer in the wooded backyard in the evenings. The kitchen had every amenity needed or desired. The association's pool is perfect or drive a short distance to Petoskey State Park and the beach. Just a quick, pretty drive to downtown Harbor Springs. We enjoyed the drive more each time we took it. Really just the perfect retreat for a couple or family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Really just a terrific place to enjoy rest, rejuvenation and fun. Right down the road from Pond Hill Farm and downtown Harbor Springs. Across the street and "down the way" from a beautiful nature preserve. Loved the views of Lake Michigan. The house is beautifully appointed with a lovely kitchen and an ideal first floor laundry (perfect for families). Aside from the gracious decor, each cozy chair (and there are many) has its own reading lamp...a great place to cozy-up with a book. Many baskets of blankets in the common areas to help with the "cozy." Beautiful wooded neighborhood in which to run, walk or bike ride. We can't say enough about this beautiful place.

Vacasa is the worst

The property was beautiful. We couldn’t get the tv’s to work, the cleaning people left 4 garbage bags for us to take care of. We contacted Vacasa on our 2nd day of a two week stay and they showed up in the afternoon of our last day there. I will never rent again when Vacasa is the property manager.

The owners thought of everything

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners have thought of almost any comfort you may want in a rental: excellent kitchen, very comfortable beds, extra toiletries. The view from the front porch area is just breathtaking. The decor is a bit dated, but for a home of this caliber, who cares? The real decor is outside your window. When we arrived, a serious storm had passed through the area and the was no electricity. The local Vacasa rep called ahead to tell us, which we appreciated. There was also an issue with trash from the previous tenant left on the garage, but when I notified Vacasa, someone came within 30 minutes to pick it up. We would absolutely rent this lovely property again, so don’t hesitate to book it.
