Super cute house! Very clean. Nice shaded back yard. Master bedroom with a walk out porch to back yard was awesome. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels too. Bathroom is quite large and has a jet bathtub I loved! House is also larger than it looks. We were very happy with the location. The Neighborhood is very very nice. My only drawback was no air conditioning or central air and unfortunately it was very warm out when we were there! But I would definitely rent again.

Great place!

Really homey place to stay walking distance from downtown and the beach. You can see the lake from the driveway! Really quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

Great location in walking distance to the lake with beach area, picnic tables, and marina. Enough room/beds for 10 people w extra bedding. Well supplied with toilet paper, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was clean and great outdoor space.

Lovely little community. Just 2 blocks from the marina/lake.

Within walking distance to the lake, beach and restaurants & coffee shop in Boyne City. Quiet area. Luckily it wasn’t to hot outside when we were there and the fans provided weee enough air flow. We brought a couple of our own after we realized the unit had no a//c. Great location.
