From your private parking space, you’ll find yourself right in the entrance area of the “Haus Treibholz” apartment building. From there, an elevator takes you to the vacation rental located on the 2nd floor. Newly renovated in 2021, the apartment features lovingly furnished interiors that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
A bright hallway welcomes you with a modern coat rack and access to all the rooms. With one bedroom, the vacation rental accommodates two people. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed (160 x 200) and features a bed storage compartment, so you can stow your suitcases for the duration of your vacation. The bedroom includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for your personal viewing pleasure.
A modern bathroom features a comfortable, low-entry shower and a heated towel rack. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with a high-quality, open kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a drip coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A lovely dining area, a cozy sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV complete the living and kitchen area. From the living area, you can step out onto a spacious, sunny southwest-facing balcony that offers a side view of the North Sea. Furnished with high-quality balcony furniture, this is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing evenings with your loved ones over a glass of wine.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement. The vacation rental has its own parking space next to the house.

With its modern design and cozy charm, the house offers plenty of comfort for a successful and relaxing vacation. The popular Alleestraße, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also conveniently reach the completely renovated and modernized “Meerzeit Büsum” water park—a wave pool with a spa—and the “Watt ’n Hus” visitor information center in about a 3-minute walk. Several bakeries, the medical center, and the weekly market—which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays during the season—offer a variety of amenities in the immediate vicinity.
