Located in Canet de Mar, the vacation home Masia Sant Miquel, a former indiano house and cultural heritage site, is ideal for family getaways. Accommodating up to 11 people, the 2-story property includes a living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, TV and standing fans in all rooms (no air-conditioning). High chair and crib for the little ones are also available.



The private exterior has a swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and garden, an ideal space for sunbathing, cooling off in the pool and outdoor dining. The Blue Flag beach of Canet de Mar is nearby, as well as modernist monuments and restaurants. The city of Barcelona is accessible by train, and the Costa Brava is just a short drive away. In addition, the property has parking for up to 4/5 vehicles.



1 pet is allowed and check-in can be done between 21:00 and 23:00 for a supplement. Groups of young people and persons not included in the reservation are not allowed. The property is located in a residential neighborhood, where it is forbidden to play loud music or make noises that may disturb the neighbors after 22:00 (Fridays and Saturdays) or 21:00 (all other days), in accordance with municipal regulations. Parties are not allowed.



The owners offer transfer service from Barcelona and Girona airports. During the stay, governmental water regulations may apply, affecting the use of the swimming pool or garden irrigation.
