The Space:

Take a break and enjoy this charming condo right on the beach! The updated, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will make meal prep fun in this beachfront condo. Sit on your private balcony overlooking the dunes and relax as you enjoy the ocean air. Pack your bag, grab your flip flops and take the day to yourself; walk down to the beach for a day of sun and fun. Here you'll have access to an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach.



What's nearby:

This condo has a great Midtown location with many restaurants and bars nearby. Some local favorites include Seacrets and Dumser's Ice Cream. Nick's Maui Golf and Action Water sports are just walking distance–less than half a mile away! Tour Ocean City and end your day on the Ocean City Boardwalk where you can find fun for everyone!

*Although this is an oceanfront property, the ocean view from the unit is affected by the sand dunes.

EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Super responsive and professional host, reasonable price, clean room. Everything you need for a beach trip. Surrounded by bars, the beach is out the back door, building is off the main road enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Great location, affordable price, and a cute place overall. Check in was easy, and the host was very kind and communicative throughout our stay. Everything was clean for the most part, although the floors left our feet black, so they could use a better cleaning. The room also smelled like smoke when we first checked in, but after airing it out, the smell went away. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Double beds and very tight room. One bed must be broken as it crunched loud every time you moved in the bed. Good location to beach.
