The Space:

Fill your vacation with the sights and sounds of the beach at this oceanfront condo in North Ocean City. Not only will you have a front-row seat to swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding in the ocean waves, you'll be greeted back at home by central air conditioning, an oceanfront balcony, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels. This mid-rise building is located on the oceanfront in North Ocean City, offering on-site facilities that include an outdoor pool, a paddle tennis court, an elevator, and assigned parking. It's only half a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and sources of entertainment for all ages, is one block west as well. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed No smoking allowed (including in all common areas and on the grounds) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great house for a weekend getaway

we really enjoyed our stay at this location

Everything was almost perfert but we couldn't have access to wifi, no tv remote control in the bedroom and check out time was a quite early for us (10:00 a.m.).

We had a great time at this condo! Beach was not crowded (even the week before July 4th), property was well taken care of. Was perfect for our family of 4. The kids were excited about the unexpected toys in the condo for them to play with during our stay. Another plus is that there wasn’t any need to “baby proof”. There weren’t steps inside the condo, glass trinkets sitting all around, or things to knock over like some places we have been to. The condo was well equipped with all cookware in the kitchen, towels and washcloths in the bathroom, and sheets/extra blankets in the bedroom. Beautiful ocean view and a great balcony! My one complaint is that our washer, dryer, microwave, oven, etc that was all plugged into the one main wall stopped working our last day there. My husband found the breaker box and flipped switches trying to fix it but no luck. The owner shortly replied to my message, but no one could stop by or at least give us a phone call to try to fix it. I was hoping to wash laundry our last night there. The pool also was closed for maintenance our whole stay. Not this individual condo’s fault, but I had a very disappointed 4 yr old who checked every day to see if the pool was open. Overall, we really liked this family-friendly condo and would definitely stay again. Very safe area!

It's lovely to hear the ocean views, balcony, and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms added to the experience. We're sorry to hear that the appliances stopped working on your last day. That's frustrating when you were hoping to finish laundry before checkout. We've shared this with the property owner and maintenance team to review what happened with the breaker and how we can better respond to issues like this during a stay. The pool closure for maintenance was outside our control, but we completely understand the disappointment for your little one. We hope you'll give us another chance to host your family, and next time we'd love for your daughter to enjoy those pool days. The VueStay Team

Great spot in North OC

This is probably the favorite of all the places we've stayed! We loved the location, the beach, and the pool! The condo was fantastic. Spacious and clean. I loved how quiet it was too! Will definitely look for availability to rent again!

Property was clearly an overused rental. Furniture, uncomfortable, old and stained. View and access to beach, are the only appealing features.
