The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. In the condo itself, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a light-filled living room with a TV, a private washer/dryer, and a spacious balcony with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Pool table -Sauna -Tennis court -Volleyball court -Basketball court -Fitness room THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. The second bedroom has two new twin XL mattresses. This condo features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area, but The den is open (there's no partition/wall). Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great condo at the sea watch. Beds were comfy, bathrooms and kitchen were updated nicely. Our family had a great time. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, not clean

We came back to Se Watch for the second time as we enjoyed being in the beach, building amenities (pools, playground) and proximity to restaurants and entertainment. This room was not clean when we checked in and we had to clean it ourselves. The staff didn’t do much with our complain.
