This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features a new sleeper sofa along with like new chairs and a huge flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, luxury vinyl flooring and stainless- steel appliances. The dining room area offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers water views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed, and the attached bath has been updated. The second bedroom has a unique sleeping arrangement with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top bunk style bed. Both bedrooms have TV's. The second bedroom is across the hall from the second updated bathroom. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. The balcony offers views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun-filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street in the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry, no pets.
* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location

The condo was clean with all of the amenities we needed for the week. Check in was simple, the building was well maintained and was within a short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

The condo was immaculately, cleaned, and beautiful, and very comfortable on the inside. The check-in process was simple and easy. The condo was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed, and then some the beach views were stunning. It was cold and rainy during our stay and it simply did not matter because the condo was so perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great great location. Beautiful condo. Warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the layout and the community where the condo is located as well. My family and I had a wonderful time. The rental was very nice and spacious. The security officer that checked me in was very kind and helpful. The reservations was also always super helpful. There were a few small issues with cleanliness, but it wasnt anything i could clean myself. I just didnt understand why i had to wait to 4pm. We all enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The facility was very nice.

After Holiday Getaway

This property is beautiful…great views of the ocean and decorated to reflect the sand and surf that surrounds you in Ocean City. The kitchen was full equipped…even had wine opener which we forgot…bed was super comfortable and there are plenty of pillows provided.We would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a couple, a gal getaway, or a small family vacation. It is centrally located to Ocean City attractions and restaurants as well as the Delaware beaches…loved our stay…thanks for the great memories!!Wende & Ken

Being on the 3rd floor made it convenient to walk down the steps to the beach or parking so you didn’t have to wait on the elevator. The kitchen and baths looked brand new! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for your stay! Island was great for eating! The second bedroom had a queen/twin bunk bed that was perfect for our girls! Umbrellas($17 per day) and chairs were sold right down from the ramp to the beach which was nice and easy! Will definitely be coming back in two years for our daughter’s dance competition!

I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't love about the property was that while the building is ocean front, the unit is ocean "view." The pool building is a bit of an eyesore, and the balcony could use spruced up, and a side table to set things on. Now, onto the good, which is all the rest! A big thing for me is bugs, and there were ZERO. The unit was clean, roomy, and nicely decorated. My favorite part was how well-stocked everything was. The linen service was also excellent. We had a minor maintenance issue upon arrival, and the promp response and resolution was impressive. The rest of the building had plenty to offer too. There was a great deck, a game room, a library, and a sauna in addition to the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone, but it would be perfect for a family traveling with kids. Thank you for a great time! :)

Great Get Away!

The stay was great. The unit is very spacious and updated. Would certainly stay again if available. The check in was a little awkward or not so hospitality friendly but it was just because it was off season and only security was running it. The only problem we had was the indoor pool which was the main reason we booked. The heater was not working and the water was freezing. We did stay during the cold days but a couple advised that they had stayed there before during the cold months and it was never a problem. We did advise the front desk but by the time they fixed the problem we were gone. Other than that, amazing unit and an amazing spacious rental. Would stay again.

Awesome stay in OCMD at the Capri! Convenient to the beach and pool, especially with a toddler in tow. Beautiful condo with a good view and enough space for us (my husband, myself, and our toddler) and 3 grandparents. I loved being on the 3rd floor - easy up and down to the amenities like the gym and pool. Also loved the indoor pool after the beach! Property management was quickly responsive when there was a minor issue that we fixed with the garbage disposal (a quarter was left in there and we didn’t know until we turned it on, but we got it out easily). The owner was very responsive during the booking process! If you’re new to a big condo unit (like we were), the check in process with the bins can be a bit overwhelming. Also the security immediately said there was no extra parking for the week even though there were many open spots. My parents parked in the municipal lot down the street for less for the week and it was a close walk. Overall, we would stay here again! Thanks for a great stay in your beautiful condo!

Nice Place/Minor Issues

The communication with the owner was good. No real issues as we were told to tell them of any issues we had upon arrival. There were minor concerns like dryer cover not attached, ac covers on the ground from the ceiling, dent in wall and stain on rug. We had to pay $75 for use of our parking space which was always taken by others staying there. We had advised the security and they were advised they would tow but never did. We were only able to park in our actual spot for 1 of the days. The place was nice otherwise and convenient to the beach. The pool was clean and no other issues.
