This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features a new sleeper sofa along with like new chairs and a huge flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, a beautiful tile backsplash, luxury vinyl flooring and stainless- steel appliances. The dining room area offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers water views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the attached bath has been updated. The second bedroom has a unique sleeping arrangement with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top bunk style bed. Both bedrooms have TV's. The second bedroom is across the hall from the second updated bathroom. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free Wi-Fi. The balcony offers views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun-filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street in the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry, no pets.
* This unit is not rented to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
