The Space:

This bayfront condo has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air-conditioning in a great mid-town location. This is a former model condo close to the Atlantic Ocean with traffic light for easy pedestrian crossing and access. The condo is situated in the refurbished, low profile Maresol building. Exit the elevator to immediately access your living quarters. Enjoy the Isle of Wight Bay off the rear balcony for up-close viewing of amazing salt water flora and fauna. The sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. Visit the nearby family-friendly restaurants, mini-golf, and shops. It is a drive to the boardwalk. There is a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool for your use. A mini-library of 40 volumes awaits your stay along with upgraded HD TVs for your enjoyment and free WiFi. This is the perfect sanctuary for family and friends to enjoy the wide sandy beach and fun in the sun. There is always something to do in Ocean City! THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

A sweet 4th of July Getaway!

A quick family 4th of July getaway. Perfect for the six if us. Plenty to do in walking distance. Easy walk to the beach. We would rent again. Great spot!

Great place

We were in OCMD for our daughters dance competition and this place was just a short 4/5 minute drive to the convention center. The place was perfect for the 8 of us that was there and the bay view was incredible.

Marisol is a great location, place was clean and fully furnished sheets supplied. Three bedrooms made work for the entire family.

Overall this property is "tired" needs some new basics...some fresh paint etc. Beautiful view of bay. Walk to basically anything you need...

Terrific view of the bay. The condo was very weak in kitchen supplies. Make sure you bring your own utensils, bowls , plates.

Great Location and Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay here, although we did have a few issues with the maintenance and cleanliness of the condo. And the check in process seems antiquated and unnecessarily strict. But the location of the property can’t be beat and the Maresol building is great.

Beautiful & spacious with a great location but…

The unit is just as described which was excellent! Super easy to get to the beach, pool access - there was an elevator which was all excellent. The unit was exactly as the virtual tour presented it to be. We had two issues: There was pet hair/dander mostly in the master and the living room. This caused lots of breathing issues for the allergic and Athsmatic members of our party until we opened the doors and windows to air the place out for a few hours. Once we got past that hurdle, everything seemed fine until we saw a MOUSE scurrying across the kitchen. As you can imagine, this was very upsetting for us as paying customers especially with 3 toddlers and a baby crawling around the floor all day!! Once those two things are fixed, you have a great home. Cleanliness was OKAY
