The Space:

This beautiful water view condo is spacious, bright, and just two blocks from the beach. The special corner location means gorgeous views of sunsets and a feeling of openness throughout. Relax after a full day of adventure on the plush sectional. Gather in the living room for a group movie night. Take advantage of the sleek functionality of the full kitchen, complete with bar seating. At night, rest well in the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and large jetted bathtub. This condo also features two balconies, a private washer/dryer and access to a pool. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW *New balcony bistro set, bar stools, and farmhouse table that seats eight as of spring 2022. Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Space was great. Large table was great. Washer and dryer a good pluse. Large sectional with hide-a-bed was great. Kitchen appliances good. Dishes, silverware, cooking pans and utensils just adequate. No wi fi for day and a half.

The house was fine but could use an overhaul. Bed linens were clean. No washcloths provided and the patio chairs were a hazard. No shade whatsoever at the rooftop pool. The view was beautiful and loved the proximity to the beach.

Beautiful bay view. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty good sheets and decent linens. Pillows were very flat but no complaints. Could have used more hand towels. Nice bathrooms, very clean. Awesome balcony but some of the outdoor furniture was ripped and not safe to use. Rooftop pool was great. Location is phenomenal. 3 minute walk to beach. Easy building to navigate which was wonderful. This is a fantastic place for anyone and I would stay here 10 times out of 10! Amazing! Thank you hosts! We will be back!

GORGEOUS SUNSET VIEWS

This condo is very spacious and has a huge balcony to watch the sunsets! It’s close to all the hot-spot bars in OC so we were able to walk almost everywhere! The condo was super clean & provided games & puzzles! Rooftop pool is an added bonus! 10/10 recommend for a larger group!

A Beautiful View

I loved my stay at Sunset Pointe! The condo has a great floorplan to take in the view of the bay. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. However, a deeper clean wouldn't hurt in the bathrooms; we dealt with unpleasant soap residue on the shower handles. The kitchen was clean, and the new large family dining table served our family well. The condo was a short walk from the beach but close enough to enjoy attractions.

Right from the start you park your car and can be just ten feet away from the elevator; making it easy to unpack your vehicle. You don't need keys or cards. Just codes to enter. Everything is simple and easy access. The condo is elegant and clean with a really nice view

Nice place but not enough necessities provided

Paid for ten guests and was only provided two rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, no hand soap, ect. A hotel would have been better, more accommodating, and less expensive.

Great Choice

This space definitely was a nice as the pictures. Everything very functional and well kept. Convenient location. Closely accessible to just about anything. The home had plenty of towels, essentials such as soap, cups, etc. The cleanliness was good for the most part, however there were some oversights. Nothing Too bad. I had a great vacation and I would use this condo again.
