Cozy suite in oceanfront condo with indoor pool, balcony, gym, & central AC



The Space:

This Ocean City condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with lots of comfortable furniture and a private balcony. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. The WiFi will make it easy to download a good playlist to your device, perfect for those long walks along the shoreline. Be sure to explore some of the fun on-site amenities that include a shared indoor pool and a community fitness center.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please note the WiFi is provided for a fee throughout the building.

A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center.

Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Excellent location: beach access, shops, dining etc. within a short walk/drive.The apartment was very clean inside and the front desk/office was very helpful addressing questions/check-in. The pool and gym were very nice. I highly recommend English Towers.

The room was a good size and very clean, which we appreciated. However, the kitchen was missing some basic items such as large mixing bowls for things like eggs, pancake batter, or storing leftovers. The main bedroom also did not block sound well—any time the guests upstairs went outside, it sounded as though someone was opening our living room sliding door.We also experienced noise issues from people partying near our room, and there was no on‑site staff available to contact for assistance.Additionally, the 10‑digit entry code was inconvenient. If a code is required, it would be helpful if it were something easier for guests to remember rather than a long random number. One instance that stood out was when I forgot my hat and didn’t have a free hand to pull out my phone for the code, which made entering the room unnecessarily difficult.

This place is really nice. It was actually our second time staying here. It's clean with low of space. Big balcony and you can watch the sun set over the bay. Beach access is right there with a rinse shower. The pool is indoor but very nice and clean. There are 3 bedrooms. They provide towels and linen and some basic start toiletries. Nice kitchen and washer and dryer. Decorated nicely. My only cons are the late check in and early check out, the parking fee for 50 plus additional for extra vehicle and no complimentary Wi-Fi.Otherwise I would stay here again.
