The Space:

Located just steps from the beach, this attractive, second-floor condo (no elevator) comes with everything you need to enjoy your next visit to Ocean City! Step inside this very welcoming retreat and discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for two and a comfortable living area with a leather sofa, a table for three, and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped TV.



When the weather is cooperating, head out to the large, furnished deck where you can dine al fresco at one of the picnic tables.



Additional amenities available at this condo include complimentary internet access, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to help you keep that laundry under control during your stay.



Things to Know

Assigned parking space is only accessible by driving under the 6 foot building clearance.

Home is on the 2nd floor of a stairs-only building.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The property is a fantastic location, very close to the beach and the best part of OC to walk to many of the fun bars and restaurants. It is also equipped to sleep and accommodate several people. I would recommend this property.

This property is a great choice for OC vacation for 2-3 people (or even 4 if trying to save money). Fantastic location. Third building in from the beach and walking distance to several of the best bars and restaurants. Very comfortable and fun. Would book this place again.

Nothing fancy, but fits the need

Despite the listing, this is NOT an ocean view. Other than that, it was a perfectly fine place, very easy walk to the beach, had everything we needed.

The Quarterdeck Ocean Block

This condo was everything I needed for my wife and I. We brought along our 11month old baby for his first ever 4th of July week and having the beach right in front of us made it easy and convenient to enjoy. The condo put out some really nice AC especially in the hot summer days . After coming in from a walk it was nice to be able to walk into a cool area. The bed was extremely comfortable, the extra sofas can be converted into beds for additional guests. Overall great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

Loved the location and it was great to have a king bed, which was comfortable. The space worked well for our family of 2 adults and 2 younger children (ages 8 & 5). The outside water hose to wash off sand from the beach needs a socket wrench type key, which was not in the unit and after notifying the rental company, it was never provided to us. We found other ways to remove sand but that was an inconvenience we did not expect for a beach rental (we reported the missing hose key again at check-out but the chances are very slim for the issue to be resolved based on my checkout experience). The dryer overheats quickly which means you need to run very small loads and if it stops running, it takes about 60 minutes to cool off before it will work again. It mainly happened when we washed our towels, so we limited the wash to 1 towel with other clothes or 2 towels on their own. Bottom line, we would book here again!
