Down 55 steps to the beautiful sandy beach, you can reach the ocean in less than a minute’s walk, with no traffic to worry about. The apartment is located in the second row, with a view over the first row of rooftops directly to the ocean.

The furnishings are classically modern and high-quality (completely renovated and refurnished in February/March 2014). In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise from the bedroom, the living room, or with a good cup of coffee from the kitchen. The spacious terrace—which, of course, also offers a sea view—is virtually secluded. A large awning also provides plenty of shade.
