The Space:

In need of a beach break? Come and stay at this one-bedroom, ocean block condo where you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and stroll down the street to feel the soft sand between your toes.



This bright and airy condo is fully equipped with every necessity, whether you're preparing a feast in the kitchen (with a dishwasher), sitting down to dine al fresco on the balcony, or watching dolphins swim by in the ocean. Enjoy air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, assigned parking, and cable service on the living room and the bedroom TV.



In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and less than a block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than four miles south.

PARKING: ONE parking space available. Assigned parking space 302. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please watch street signs to avoid being towed.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful view

This condo is precious and has a perfect view of the ocean. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We did have some issues with mustiness in the bedroom.

A great spot for a mini vacay!

My little family and I went on a spontaneous trip to get away from work… this place was great! I’m 5 months pregnant and even being on the 3rd floor was no trouble, not to mention the quick walk to the beach… perfect for a pregnant mama with a toddler who just started walking. We’ll be staying here again in the near future!

Perfect stay for my family of 4! The condo was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. And you can't get a better location than steps from the sand. It's far from the boardwalk, so you'll have to drive if that's your thing (which it should be because the boardwalk is awesome). This means it's nice and quiet, and there's still plenty of touristy and/or family friendly stuff nearby. 5/5 Would stay again

Cute, comfortable co do steps from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic if you want to spend time on the beach, plus lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby and the OC boardwalk is a short drive away. Very comfortable 1BR with a Queen sleep sofa in LR. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils. Laundry in unit. Very nice place to stay for a beach vacation!

Great find!

Loved the balcony with an expansive view of the ocean. The unit was well appointed and very clean. Charming decor; cohesive and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again! Note: We could have used a paring knife, as all the knives were quite long; though with the obvious attention to detail throughout the unit, I would not be surprised if it walked off during the season.

Disappointed with Vacasa

I reached out to Vacasa customer service during and after my stay. To date, nearly a month after my stay after several emails, I have had no resolution to my issues. Condo was clean but there was an awful odor like musty, stale body odor. I had to buy fabric air freshener and room spray. The couch smelled the worst. There was no toilet paper in the main bathroom, and no hand towel either. They should tell you about the complimentary items that are provided (laundry supplies, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper). It was placed out of the way in the corner of the counter almost hidden.The A/C units are extremely loud, and we often had to turn them off to watch tv. Both air purifiers were off when we arrived, and the guest book (that was also in an inconspicuous spot) said they were to be left on. The air purifier in the bedroom does not work, and orange light was on and the filter was filthy. The bathtub would not drain, which was a huge inconvenience, the tube trip waste lever is broken so you have to hold it down while in the shower. There was no comforter on the bed, and no extra blankets anywhere. Just a flimsy blanket on the bed. What if someone needed the sofa bed? They would have nothing. I read reviews and they all said how clean this place was, I disagree with those reviews. Location is great. I am extremely upset that no one cares enough to respond and offer any solution. I would NOT recommend this condo or Vacasa to anyone. I will never stay here again
