The Space:

Venture out on foot to explore a selection of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options. LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa bed and sofa in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 40” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink as well as a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, pots, and pans. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six. BED & BATH Find comfort in the main suite, featuring a plush bed, direct balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Or drive five miles to Baja Amusements, a ten-acre park offering activities such as go-karts and mini-golf. Visit Isle of Wight, a wildlife preserve with a diversity of birdlife, picnic areas, kayaking spots, and piers for crabbing and fishing (three miles). THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own accounts. The fireplace is not operational. The shared dock is only available for non-motored watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards. The shared pool and spa are open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
