Cute ground floor condo, just 1/2 block to the beach

Sea Squire 104 is a cozy and cute ocean block, two bedroom and two bath condo just a half block from the beach in North Ocean City, Maryland. This condo is on the ground floor for easy access and has a porch adjacent to the living room and one off the master bedroom as well. The fully equipped kitchen will enable you to easily do meal prep and serve in the separate dining area. Bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, and a pyramid bunk and double in the 2nd bedroom accommodating up to seven guests. The primary bath has a shower only. Owner has upgraded cable TV service with 125+ channels and complimentary wifi so you can stay connected during your stay at the beach. Please note guests are not permitted to use the grill at this building. This location is close to Northside Park where Sundaes in the Park is held weekly in the summer, and is also near a number of great restaurants including Dumser's, Bourbon Street on the Beach, Higgins Crabhouse and more. Property rents any 3 nights all season.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo or your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking Non-Vaping No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Nice location

Enjoyed our stay! Few things noted (ceiling fan made noise, washer bearing going). Nice neighborhood. Close to the beach. Great for our small crew!

Great place

The condo is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Very cute and nicely decorated. The only downfall was the carpeting in both bedrooms was old, stained, and smelly. The cleaning was not up to par. We did have to do some cleaning when we got there, which we usually do some of our own cleaning anyways. Overall the place was great! Would recommend and stay there again!

This was probably the best vacation I've booked because this property was perfect for what we needed with a family of 6 the entrance to the beach was perfect and having the outdoor shower was absolutely perfect it was so easy to keep the condo from getting sand everywhere. It was everything we expected and more. We have it on reserve for next year!

Concerns

Overall a great property and location. Condo is dated. Dryer squeaks, bed squeaks, shower squeaks. The carpets were stained and the master bedroom had a smell. The doorknobs did not open and close smoothly. Not having a full couch was kind of annoying for if we all wanted to sit and relax together.

A much needed break

Check in went smoothly. Located the property no issues. The property needs a GOOD cleaning!!!!! As I know it is a resort area and turnover is quick so don’t expect things like ceiling fans to be dusted as a note stated that was on the refrigerator. However a DIRTY refrigerator/freezer with food left in both. (I had to wipe it out before using it) The kitchen floor hadn’t even been swept there was broken glass on the floor. The counters all had to be wiped off actual food on the counters. Carpets in both bedrooms needed vacuuming and the vacuum there to use was NOT working. Both toilets had to be cleaned as well. We bought a tablecloth for the table it was so sticky and we wiped it over and over again. Finally the night we arrived preheated the oven to send the smoke alarms off because there was something spilled inside of the oven that had never been cleaned up. All of the above are things that should be part of a routine turnover from week to week I would think. Our vacation was wonderful location was great! I just didn’t expect to do the cleaning I did prior to unpacking.

Great location

Love north side park, which is on bayside right across coastal highway. Close to the beach with access dune. First floor for ease of unpacking and packing.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo was spacious for our family of 4 and we loved having a washer/dryer. The location was so close to the beach. The bike trail was convenient and we could walk to many restaurants and attractions. Great stay!
