The Space:

This updated Ocean City condo offers waterfront living at its finest! Boasting bay views and a walkable location close to the beach, bars, and dining, this one-bedroom retreat is fully suited for comfort and convenience. Take in the views from the covered private balcony - perfect for morning coffee or a cold drink after longs days of sun and outdoor fun. The all-new kitchen showcases shaker style cabinets, granite counters, and sparkling stainless steel appliances ready for at-home meals and there is seating for four at the high-top table. A sleek electric fireplace provides evening ambiance for family movie nights on the living room smart TV. The beautifully renovated bathroom features a custom tiled shower, granite countertops, a designer vanity, new fixtures and tile flooring. A mounted air-conditioner and baseboard heating provide all-season comfort. Free WiFi is equipped for modern convenience and home entertainment. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental does not include access to a washer and dryer or on-site laundry facilities. Grills are not available for guest use. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This is a very cute room, very clean and well stocked. Just the right size for my husband and I. The only suggestion I would make is maybe upgrade to a queen size bed as the full is a little small for two adults. Check in and check out was very simple and the people at the office was very kind and greeted us with a smile. The views off the patio were amazing.

Very cute place on the bay. The view was gorgeous Small but for our short stay it was perfect. Spent majority of our time on the balcony watching the boats in the Bay. Short walk across coastal Highway to the beach.

Perfect location and rental!

We came with our kids and loved the location and the sunset bay views. The place had a cool coastal cozy vibe! The renovated condo is at the end of the street so nice and quiet yet close walking distance to the beach, boardwalk tram, mini-golf and some great restaurants. We would definitely return here!!

Would stay here again

Nice small room on a quiet back street close to nearby attractions and restaurants! Many mini golf courses around and Honeys breakfast has the best breakfast I have ever had, must stop and enjoy! No blinds on balcony sliding glass door but not to many places can see inside if they cared. There is a pocket door in between the bedroom and kitchen for more privacy if you like. Didn’t use the Kitchenette but looked fully stocked to me. Also has a Brita water filter in fridge to use. Very relaxing place to stay.

Beach house review

The house was decorated beautifully. It was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. A few concerns which is why I didn’t give 5 stars is there were no wash rags to wash or clean the kitchen with, the batteries in the ceiling fan were dead and we were not able to turn it off and with the air conditioner and fan running it was freezing, and lastly we bought frozen pizzas to make quickly after a busy day but the oven wouldn’t work. Other than that I enjoyed the house and my time in OC.

Enjoyed our stay

The unit was conveniently located in a nice dead end street bordering the bay. The unit had great views from the rear deck and also walking up to the unit. We were near many restaurants within walking distance. The unit was quaint and very well decorated and comfortable. The back deck was spacious and had amazing views of the bay. The amenities were nice as well as far as bathing towels, wash cloths and linens. The unit was equipped with complimentary soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, cleaning supplies etc. It has everything you need however I would still recommend bringing your own items if you wish. The only issue we had during our stay was the door lock. The first night we spent a little more than half hour trying to figure out how to get into the unit. We called the on call and they were able to walk us through it which still did not work. They provided us with a secondary option which worked. Overall we had a good stay and the place was clean and located in a great spot in OC

It was ok. A/C didn’t reach sleeping area so it was hot on that side if house. Couldn’t use balcony because sliding glass door was broke! And I didn’t realize it was up 3 flights of stairs!! I don’t recall seeing that on line.

ProThe location is great, 26th Street on the bay side and close to or just a bus ride away from all the happening spotsConThe entire condo smells moldy, no air circulation at all, and no smell of cleaning products being used. There's no screen door on the sliding doors to allow fresh air. There is no window coverage [curtains/shades],for at night, all the neighbors can see inIf you didn’t read the details of the rental disclosure, it is a 3rd-floor walk-up, no elevator, so if you have luggage, groceries, etc, be preparedThe bedroom is the first room you walk into. I didn’t notice this when booking from the images providedThe ceiling fan in the living room stays on 24/7. The fan remotes weren’t working to allow you to turn it offThey did not provide toilet tissue or paper towels – apparently, you have to bring your own. Luckily, there is a 7-11 on the corner, but be prepared to pay 4.00 for a roll Just so you know, there is no dishwasher or dish rack to dry your dishesThe refrigerator smells as well. We only used it to keep drinks in it; either it needs a deep clean or change out the baking soda box that’s in there because it isn’t working.If you are allergic to dust, this may not be the place for you, there are dust bunnies everywhereBring your own bedding! Glad I did, the bedspread and the million pillows they use to decorate the bed with were dirty, no way they were washed after every visitor. This was my first time with this company, and I was not impressed.

The sliding glass door was inspected and opens properly. The unit does not currently have blackout curtains, as window coverings are at the owner’s discretion, but this feedback has been noted and will be discussed. The living room ceiling fan is intended to remain on for air circulation, and we will review the remote controls to ensure they are functioning correctly. The listing does disclose that this is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator, as well as the unit layout. The home does not include a dishwasher; however, the appliance referenced was inspected and is operating properly. Starter supplies are limited, as noted in the listing, and guests may need to purchase additional items during their stay. Cleanliness and odors are taken seriously, and your comments regarding dust, bedding, and the refrigerator have been shared with our cleaning team for follow-up. While we’re sorry your experience did not meet expectations, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve for future guests.

Horrible, Offensive, Overpriced Experience!

Online this property looks lovely, BUT that is NOT the case! The instructions sent on the day of check in via email were lacking and completely useless. There was NO clarification about how to check in except for INCORRECT, VAGUE information about checking in at "52 Office" -- what does that even mean? After driving for hours in summer traffic, we could not get into the property due to lack of clear, instructions. This is a property management company, ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB? Also, once we got to the property, the neighbors were profiling me and my partner, even assuming that we were "trespassing on private property" with other harassing, RACIST comments. I called the VACASA office multiple times to figure out WHAT's GOING ON to only be told someone would call me back, leaving me stranded outside of the property with racist, harassing neighbors. I FELT SO UNSAFE and UNCOMFORTABLE in full regret of booking this property through VACASA. After speaking to three different people, I was finally told the correct information needed to get in. I had to stop by the VACASA office in Ocean City, some 30 blocks from my location, yet again another drive, to pick up the parking pass and lock code THAT was SUPPOSED to be in the check-in email as promised. Unbelievable! I finally stopped by the office and was able to get into the property. The space is nice, but the beds setting is horrible. The beds are small and uncomfortable and there is NO AC in the bedroom section of the studio. There were only fans...at the BEACH in peak season! Horrible!! We could not sleep from the lack of comfortable temperatures as well as feeling unsafe about the prejudice from the Trump supporting neighbors. I texted the Vacasa representative checking in on me about the racism, and I quote they responded "Am so sorry you're going through this, is there anything else I can assist with?" COMPLETELY DIMISSIVE AND DEMEANING. I have shared my experience with all my family and friends, and plan to also share on all social media outlets. All in all, it was an OFFENSIVE AND OVERPRICED experience here at Marina on 23. I want a refund ASAP.
