The Space:

Beach vibes and sunshine are in abundance at Teal Haven. Offering a spacious open

floor plan for you and your loved ones to enjoy comfort and relaxation during your stay.

Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, crockpot

and air fryer. Then, dine easily at the breakfast bar, dining table or even alfresco.



For those that love the outdoors, take advantage of the new gas grill and patio dining area.

Rinse your day away in the deep soaking tub or standing shower. Both newly renovated

bathrooms include clean guest towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.

Unwind each evening in the cozy sunroom with a book, game or conversation.



Finally, find rest in any of our beach themed bedrooms that provide soft linens, private tv’s and

bedside lamps with USB A and C ports and AC outlet. Additionally, this home offers a

washer and dryer, large dog crate, dog food bowls, games, books, 4 beach chairs, a

few beach toys, and a large driveway that can host a trailer for your boat or skis.

This beachy abode is located in the adoring coastal community of Ocean Pines, MD.



Here you will find activities for all ages; hiking, kayaking, swimming, skating, fishing,

golfing, a sport on the court, and playing at the playground. The Pines provides many

culinary options and nearby shopping. Visit the Rec Center and grab an Ocean Pines

Community Guide to explore various recreational activities that may be occurring during

your stay.



The beaches are just a short drive away and make for the perfect day

adventure. Other local attractions include: go-karts, mini golf, Ocean Pines Yacht Club,

Ocean Pines Golf Club, Ocean Downs Casino, Outlets Ocean City, Downtown Berlin

and Ocean Pines Beach Club in Ocean City, MD.

● Amenities have a fee associated with them; purchasing the amenity passes will grant you access to the pools and Beach Club. This fee is not included in your rental price.

● 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific VueStay approval.

● Smoking is not permitted inside of home.



Parking: Five driveway parking spaces are included with this rental.



Please note: Access to Ocean Pines amenities is not included with your rental.

The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.

Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
