The Space:

A sunshine-filled vacation awaits in Ocean City! Right on the Isle of Wight Bay, this charming condo is the perfect place to put your roots down on your next trip. Nearby, spend days out on the town exploring local parks, beaches, Embers Island Mini Golf, Paradise Watersports, Baja Amusements, and Freeman Arts Pavilion. The fun extends back to your stay where dips in the shared resort pool are inevitable. Inside your sweet digs, appreciate the expansive living room and kitchen. Here you can lounge, cook, and visit with those you love. Access to a private balcony can be enjoyed off the living room. Drink your morning cups of coffees and evening cocktails here. The bedrooms are bright and charming. Rest assured that everyone in your group will sleep well with central air-conditioning keeping them cool and comfortable. For your additional convenience, be sure to utilize the in-unit washer/dryer when your favorite swimsuit needs to be refreshed. And as a final note, please be aware that this condo is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Condo was in great condition only downfall was the shower size in the master. Would have liked the second bedroom to have a full size or queen option for couples that stay with friends.

Great place, would stay here again!

Great condo, very clean, extra supplies, great bay view. We did have a bit of a problem getting keys to the pool but it was quickly resolved and we were able to get in on the second day of our stay.

Nice location

Nice, cozy condo for our two night stay. Loved the big balcony and deck on either side of our unit. Appreciated all the extra amenities, especially the beach chairs, boogie board and umbrella. Since we had to fly into our destination there was no room for beach essentials. Thank you for having them available.

Cute, Clean, and Well-Located

This property offered a satisfactory stay for our long weekend stay in Ocean City. The property itself was immaculately clean (which is most important, IMO), well-stocked, and pretty comfortable. I appreciated the location of the property as it is a somewhat tucked away, but still very accessible to plenty of food and entertainment, the beach, and the boardwalk. On the flip side, finding the designated parking spot was confusing (it’s across the street) as well as the amount of keys and locks that were present, and it would take ~12 hrs to get a response from the host with questions I had. Despite the few critiques, I would recommend a stay at this accommodation!

Nice view, needs upgrades

Couch in living room needs to be replaced. Theres a board under the cushions that make it uncomfortable and difficult to open into a bed.TV in living room was confusing to work. ult to pull out the bed.TVs

Nice location with a ready to cook in kitchen.

Pros: location, clean, well stocked with basic supplies and everything you could wants to cook a meal. Plenty of utensils and dishes. The bed in the master bedroom was the only bed we slept in, it was comfortable. The view is amazing 😍 Cons: it would of been nice to access the shed. There was no key in the condo or at the Vacasa office, so I had to buy a chair. The lighting is horrible at least for us but we are a little older. The upstairs guest started walking the floor at around 8:30 pm until early morning, it was extremely loud, so I suggest ear plugs just incase. They are starting construction on the back porch so I would inquire if you plan on using the balcony much. I did the views are fantastic. Overall it was a really nice condo.
