Experience what beautiful Ocean City, Maryland has to offer with a stay at our townhome conveniently located near Jolly Roger’s Amusement & Water Park, Biking and Walking Distance to Beach and Boardwalk. Located just off 28th Street and conveniently located near almost every major attraction and restaurants Ocean City, Maryland has to offer. Free parking for 1 vehicle located directly outside the front door conveniently located under a partial carport making this easy to unload and load your vehicle at check in and check out. For additional vehicles there is free parking available first come first serve in parking lot and on street.

This is a beautiful unit that is newly furnished and very comfortable! Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and nearby restaurants/attractions. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock while we had a coffee or beverage on the deck. Wonderful host who went above and beyond by mailing us back a library book our oldest son left behind. Would definitely come back!

This was the perfect get away! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Close to the beach, boardwalk and mini golf! The back deck was the best! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The neighbors were friendly. Kelly was very responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely stay there again!! 5 Stars!!

If I could give a 10 star review I would! We have no complaints at all. From booking to check out, the process was great. Kelly, the property manager, provided excellent instructions that allowed us to effortlessly enjoy our stay.. The house was so comfortable, it felt like home! We will be booking again!

One of the BEST places I’ve ever rented in OCMD.

The pictures are great, but it does not do Kelly’s rental place justice. This place is AMAAAZING!! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was and that it smelled new. There was so much space in all the rooms and so much storage space. The appliances are brand new and I was given enough pots, pans, dishware, cookware etc. The bedrooms had so much space and the skylights above brought so much natural light in. She provided us with linen, towels and even little hotel sized soaps and lotions, which I greatly appreciated. She thought of everything. But honestly, the highlight was the patio deck overlooking the water! I drank my coffee every morning on her patio watching the boats come in and out. And the sunsets ughhhh sooo beautiful! :)From the moment I booked, Kelly had been nothing but helpful. She gave me a rundown of all the things I needed to know for the house a couple days prior and was very prompt whenever I asked her a question. She even provides you with a welcome binder that lists all the info about her house (wifi password, code for house/pool etc.) as well as a list of all the local supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants etc. nearby. If you want a quiet neighborhood but still nearby the hustle and bustle of the beach and midtown Ocean City… Rent this now!!! I’ve never ever had a more accommodating owner that was so helpful with such a beautiful place in OC.You won’t regret it! Thank you Kelly :)

Our property is located between Mid-town & Down-town and is conveniently located to all the major attractions & restaurants offered in or near Ocean City, MD. In addition, our property offers an outdoor pool for those hot days you want to cool off after being at the beach all day and is located directly on bayside overlooking the water on the canal and has peaceful and relaxing vibe when it’s time to just chill and relax.
