The home is well stocked, feels new and clean. Has baby/toddler items (highchair, pack n play, gate, kids plates/utensils) which is appreciated. The screened porch was nice to be able to enjoy property without spending time outdoors. We used firepit and outdoor deck one evening but avoided for rest of trip, as me and my husband both had tick exposure despite being sprayed/protected so had us a bit uneasy being out there with our toddler out there. Hopefully there is some spray or treatment that could be applied for future guests.

This cottage was so beautifully decorated and fun to look at with the gorgeous modern vintage decor. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! I was shocked by how many towels and pillows and blankets there were! Even a pack n play and high chair were included! The backyard was so idealic, so dreamy with the pond large trees and bonfire pit. You can open all the doors in the sun room and listen to the little fountain in the pond and that was so lovely. We had a wonderful stay!
