Two of the bedrooms are on the same level; the third bedroom is accessible via a staircase. The apartment also features a bathroom with a large shower and a view of the Dachstein Massif. The separate restroom is located elsewhere.
The small balcony with seating, accessible from the kitchen, offers a view of our beautiful garden, which can be used at any time for barbecuing, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors...

The trail to the valley station of the Hauser Kaibling 8-person gondola is just 100 meters away, so nothing stands in the way of endless fun on the slopes in winter. In summer, we’re also your ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours on the Hauser Kaibling (a 10-minute walk to the Schladminger Tauern aerial cableway).

Our 60 m² Apartment 2 on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. It features 2 separate bedrooms (each with a flat-screen TV) and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area. The apartment also has a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. There is also direct access to the garden. A large terrace with a dining set and a huge garden with a grill invite you to relax.
A storage room with a ski boot dryer is available.
Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are included in the nightly rate.

Just a few meters from the town center, you’ll find numerous restaurants and inns, the local bakery, and sports shops within easy reach of our vacation apartment. The supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
There’s plenty to do in your free time as well. In winter, we recommend the artificial ice rink at Schlossplatz. In summer, there’s a Pit-Pat course there—fun for the whole family. The Haus outdoor adventure pool is also within walking distance. For families with young children, we recommend the spacious playground right near our apartment (about a 2-minute walk).
We also offer alternatives to alpine winter sports: winter hiking, curling, horse-drawn sleigh rides, or tobogganing (Hochwurzen or Galsterbergalm). We highly recommend the Ramsau am Dachstein Nordic Center to all cross-country skiers—it’s only about a 15-minute drive from our house.
Nestled between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein Massif, the apart.HAUS vacation apartments are the ideal starting point in summer for hikes, mountain tours, and mountain bike tours, with stops at rustic alpine pastures and mountain huts.
