Enjoy your dream beach getaway at Splash Beach Resort, a family‑friendly, gulf‑front condo resort located on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. This comfortable condo offers easy access to the sugar‑white sands and emerald waters just steps from the building, making it perfect for families, couples, and snowbirds.
Splash is known for its resort‑style amenities, including multiple beachfront pools, a lazy river, interactive water play areas and slides for kids, a heated pool with hot tub, and a seasonally operated dive‑in movie theater. Guests also enjoy on‑site dining at the poolside bar & grill, a fitness center overlooking the water, and convenient shops and snack options within the resort. There is a 40 dollar fee per vehicle for the parking passes. This includes access to all amenities.

The view was amazing! It’s in a great location. Wonderful place to stay with kids. The unit was a little dated, but very well equipped. Host was very responsive and information regarding parking, check in, etc. was very clear. We had a fantastic time!

Room was clean and stocked with all the dishes, appliances, and extras that you need. I brought my own paper towels, dish detergent and trash bags and didn’t even need them.

We spent a week here and loved the amenities and the view from the balcony. Check in was a breeze and the condo was as pictured. We did have an issue with the tub not draining while we showered but I think some draino would fix that. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property.

The condo was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of furniture for the whole family to sit and relax. There was even trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner, and even some stuff for coffee. I was also impressed because there was a bag of beach toys on the balcony although we brought our own it was nice to see that they included that. The only issue I had was the parking at the property. My truck is over 7 foot tall so we could not get to any of the other levels and had to park on the ground level, but there was hardly any parking because everyone wanted to park on the ground level. The only other issue I would say is there is only two elevators for each tower. aside from that everything was great with the property and I would recommend the host.

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach and pools. The busy holiday weekend did make the elevators a nightmare but overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, the space was clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. There was literally anything you should need supplied. The whole unit was very clean and plenty of towels provided as well. We will definitely keep this on our list for future visits.
