Welcome to Splash 1503 West. This unit is on the 15th Floor in the West Tower that was renovated in 2021 (All new furniture such as a seafoam green sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and two chairs). All New Samsung Smart TVs 65" and 55".

This is a two bedroom, two bath, condo that also has a bunk room. Both the living room and the king size primary bedroom have access to the Beach front balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and with the bunk room and the sofa sleeper, this condo sleeps eight. The balcony has seating for eight to enhance your outdoor living.

This condo has views of the beach and Gulf off the balcony. The primary bedroom and living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone. The unit sleeps up to 8. One King mattress, one Queen mattress, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk bed area with two Twin size mattresses.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Allure hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

You will have a wonderful time at this Disney-like Resort called Splash. This resort includes three distinct types of pools that are all heated in the cooler months. You will find a swimming area for the youngsters with an interactive water park. Features include a tipping water bucket, water slide, water cannons and more.
* Grab an inner tube that is provided and float around the lazy river.
* The Little Tike water play area is in a fenced enclosure with with fountains and interactive toys.
* Barbecue pits are located where mom and dad can keep can eye on the little ones while whipping up some specialties on the grill.
