Walk or bike to Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as the boardwalk and beach, where you and your family can fill your day with sunshine, splash in the ocean, or read a good book under the shade of an umbrella. Also within walking distance are playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a farmer's market, and coffee shops. Because this home is a part of the Scarborough Village development, guests can also enjoy the convenience of a quiet neighborhood amidst all the happenings in town. This home provides access to an on-site community pool for extra fun. Return to your home away from home after a lively day. The first floor of this two-story townhome features an open living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a patio and powder room. From there, a spiral staircase leads to two upstairs bedrooms, a second-floor deck, and a shared bathroom. Enjoy Rehoboth any time of year from this lovely townhouse in a superb location! RESORT AMENITIES -Pool Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms. The fireplace is not for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Cute place and great location!

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The space was comfortable and cozy and perfectly located. We were able to easily walk to everything on the main strip: beach, boardwalk, arcade, mini golf, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy spot steps away from the excitement of rehoboth beach. It was such a great bonus that it’s dog friendly so our sweet pup got to enjoy vacation with us!

Simple, clean condo within short walk from the beach

We stayed for two nights for my kids' spring break and had a great stay. The condo was clean, simple and within an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was just what we needed for a quick getaway!

Great spot and close to everything

This location was a great place to stay. We were super close to town and walked everywhere. We went. The house was spacious clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Surface very clean, hvac vents covered in black dirt (mold?) furniture and rug downstairs smelled very strong. Kitchen was very clean.

Perfect place to stay for our weekend away. Close enough to walk everywhere. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Backyard space was peaceful. Had everything we needed.

Nice quiet corner a short walk from everything

Love the location! Convenient to everything downtown Rehoboth. Beds were comfortable enough. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone that can get away with only needing one full bath. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and Rehoboth Avenue. Finding a pet-friendly condo without carpet gives us peace of mind when traveling with our small dog. Ease of check-in and checkout added to the convenience.

++great, convenient location, indoor cleanliness was excellent, amenities were wonderful, and communication was thorough and prompt - - no option for late check out (even though condo was not rented the following day), no battery in bedroom smoke detector, some dog dirt not cleaned up outside (but these were the only negatives!!). This property was terrific and we will definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs.

Good Location But Needs Some Work

This apartment is in a great spot if you want to access Dogfishhead or any of the restaurants/bars on main st. The unit is very dated though and the set up is weird. The Jack and Jill bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms (only accessible by spiral staircase) is not ideal. All in all the place was adequate for the price, but needs some work.

Scarborough Village

Home was close to the tourist area on Rehoboth Ave and within about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Rooms, especially the two bedrooms, were bright and nicely decorated. Spiral staircase had small steps that could be slightly difficult for older people or young kids, but we were OK with it. It was nice to have two parking spaces right outside the unit, one of which was covered. Made it very easy to go in and out.

Fridge and Patio Issues Disappointed

We enjoyed our July 2025 vacation, but Vacasa’s Vrbo rental had a broken fridge and unusable patio. We would not have booked this property had we known. Vacasa’s property maintenance came in a timely manner, but issues weren’t able to be fixed before the end of our stay. Hopefully these issues will be fixed for future renters. Book with care.

We enjoyed our July 2025 vacation, but this rental had a broken fridge and unusable patio. Maintenance visited but couldn’t fix or replace the fridge before our departure. We would not have booked this property had we known. Hopefully these issues will be fixed for future renters. Book with care.
