良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Pros:Comfortable bedsPlenty of Towels, linens, soap and shampoo available Close to main roads Pet friendly all one floor - no stepsLarge closetsGated community, though we couldn't figure out how to use the pedestrian gate, but wasn't critical. Cons:WiFi connection on and off - found out it was plugged into light switch that needed to be turned on - was finally corrected on third day of many calls/texts, to not need the switch on. No dish cloth or sponge to wash dishes No hooks in bathroom to hang pajamas/house coatNot the most responsive to calls/texts - automated texts sent often to check on us, but when replying to it they take many hours to respond. Didn't respond to one of our calls, had better luck with texts even though that may take a few hours, one call was actually answered on first try though. (Most calls/texts where tried from 8 am to 9 pm)Narrow spaces in bedroomsNo hair dryer (brought our own)No detergent for washing clothes (though we didn't need it)All that being said, we would consider using this place again, since the biggest problem with the WiFi was fixed. (Now we know to try using the light switch next time for the router and that it is located in the bedroom)
