An easy one-level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig machine, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. The second bedroom features a king bed with two twin trundles underneath. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, three TVs, three DVDs, access to a beach locker, a keyless lock, and WiFi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW A new sofa has been installed in the condo in summer 2022. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
