The Space:

Just listed for 2020 rentals! Great water views from this first-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath garden-style resort condo in Sea Colony's Tennis Community! A convenient one-level design, this resort retreat features a wrap around screened porch, deck, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with separate shower and tub, as well as double vanities). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  3 flat-screen TVs, DVD, keyless entry lock, Wifi. Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW



Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Great Location, Love Sea Colony activities

Loved the large master bedroom with the jacuzzi tub. Love the walking paths and easy access to the pools. Shuttle is a great way to get to the beach.

Great Get Away

We loved the Sea Colony and the 3 BR unit we stayed in. It was conveniently located to amenities and very clean. Anything you would need(other than food) was provided. We would stay there again.

Perfect!!

My family and I had the best time on our vacation! The house was perfect for 5 adults. The owners had everything you could think of there. We really enjoyed sitting outside at night on the screened-in porch. The location was close to everything. Would definitely stay again on our next trip!

Beautiful home with all amenities that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that there was a trundle bed for our toddler to sleep on the bottom trundle. Really enjoyed the view of the little lake/pond every morning with my coffee (regular drip coffee maker).

The unit is absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed the lake view and sounds of nature during the day and evening hours. I'll be looking to book this unit again when we return next year.

Great experience.

This was a pleasant and cozy unit that was perfect for our family's needs. It had comfortable furnishings, ample space, and was well kept. Vacasa did a beautiful job with the cleaning, preparation, and supplies. Since the unit is on the lower level, we did hear the renters walking around above us, but that's probably to be expected. We'll definitely consider renting here again in the future.

Spacious and clean!

Nice screened porch, quiet culdesac and great water view. The only negative thing about this rental was a strong smell of body odor on the sofa and loveseat. A replacement or professional cleaning is needed. Thanks for a great week!
