The Space:

Overlook the surf and sand from this remodeled third floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this reimagined one-level, open floor plan resort retreat features tile floors throughout and offers living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bath in the hallway and a master suite, with a European-style shower. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (54' in the living room), DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features a large shower in the master bathroom - no bathtub. Features ceramic tile throughout.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Beautiful well equipped Condo

This condo was decorated so lovely. Perfect beach theme! Clean. Gorgeous view with nice balcony furniture. It is also well equipped with things I’ve missed in other units . Toaster oven, pizza pans and cutters . It’s the little things but things the make the stay so much nicer !

Unique kitchen counter!

Love the long kitchen counter with batstools where you can sit facing the ocean while you eat or work. It is nice to have a voice remote on the TV that includes Netflix and recording capabilities. Condo has everything needed to cook and nicely decorated. We love the resort itself that is within walking distance of town. The beach is not as crowded as other beaches and you can have canopies or tents. Love the shaved ice and pretzel cart that runs up and down the beach. Walking distance of farmers markets, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins and drug store

Lovely beach week - wonderful location!

This beach spot was lovely! The location was really wonderful. Access to the beach and garage was so close and simple and our ocean view just made the entire week better - we felt like we never left the beach! Sea Colony is the best! Electronics felt up-to-date. We had one issue with a leak in a cabinet that was attended to promptly. The bathrooms, shower specifically, are in need of a deep scrub along with the bedroom ceiling fan/pop-corn ceiling which had a good bit of trapped dust. We used the space for our family of three, so we appreciated the great lighting and it being on the dimmers (for nightlights) and that the kitchen felt pretty well equipped. Thanks for a lovely week!
