Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work if you need to stay connected. Invigorate yourself in the oversized walk-in shower at the start of the day to ensure you're ready for ocean-side fun. For convenience, a sofa bed is provided to ensure everyone has enough room.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
