Throughout the Sea Colony community, you'll find a variety of resort-style amenities, including shared outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and world-class tennis courts.



Hop aboard the community shuttle to discover private Sea Colony beaches in the area. A mile away, visit the Marketplace with its restaurants and shops. Explore downtown Bethany Beach with its boardwalk, gift shops, and unique dining options, all less than two miles from your door. Discover the dunes and the surf areas in Fenwick Island State Park, take some photos of the WWII Observation Tower, and don't miss Holts Landing State Park for incredible birdwatching.



THINGS TO KNOW



Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
