Located in Sayalonga, this 180 sqm villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, and dishwasher, along with a glazed sunroom and L-shaped lounge with dining area. The villa features high-speed WiFi for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine, and step-free access. Families will appreciate the baby bed, high chair, and beach towels provided.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden spanning approximately 4000 sqm with mature plants and trees, along with a private balcony and uncovered terrace offering stunning sea and mountain views. The private mosaic tiled pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and remains open year-round, surrounded by a stone terrace perfect for sunbathing. Additional outdoor amenities include a private grill, poolhouse, brick-built barbecue, and outdoor storeroom.



The property provides 2 shared on-site parking spaces with ample additional parking available. Up to 2 pets are welcome, though events are not allowed on the property. The villa combines traditional features with modern amenities, featuring high beamed ceilings, tiled floors, and a wood burning fireplace.



The villa is arranged over 2 floors on a fully fenced plot in a quiet area with privacy and all-day sun exposure. Pathways and lighting create an attractive backdrop to the pool area with breathtaking coastline views.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in den Bergen mit Meerblick

Pros: Das Haus ist individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war hervorragend, auf alle Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Der Hausmeister war super hilfsbereit und trotz Sprachbarriere wurden alle kleinen Probleme sofort behoben. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, sodass wir auch gut am PC arbeiten konnten. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Wir haben viele Wanderungen gemacht, unser Hund war überall willkommen. Die Straße bis zum Haus ist abenteuerlich, aber gut fahrbar, wenn man Serpentinen mag. Alles in allem wird man hier einfach entschleunigt. Wir fahren nach 3 Wochen sehr erholt nach Hause. Cons: Nichts.

Excellent stay

Fabulous space inside and outside and amazing view! The land around the house gave our kids and dogs so much room to explore, want to come back at some point when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool!

Pros: The villa is well furnished and comfortable. The pool is of good quality (although not large enough for serious swimming by adults). Air conditioning in the three bedrooms was welcome at night. The thing that makes the villa is its location, high on a hillside, with views of the sea. The price you pay for the great views is the narrow access road, in addition to the twisting road from the coast up to Sayalonga. It’s all safe enough to drive by day but is not something I looked forward to taking on at night after a meal out. So the villa is great if you want peace and quiet and to relax by the pool, but perhaps not well suited to those who want to get out and about a lot, either to sightsee (although we had a great day in Granada) or to eat out. The wifi in the villa worked well although the internet-connected TV delivered pictures but no sound. The barbecue needs some repair work to make it fully functional.

Pros: De woning is prachtig gelegen tussen de witte dorpen van Andalusië. Het adembenemende uitzicht maakt de toch wel steile rit naar boven ruimschoots goed. Enige voorzichtigheid tijdens deze klim is wel aangeraden. Maar eens je er bent...waaw! Het huis is goed onderhouden, netjes en mooi ingericht. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is veel privacy en de bbq met zicht op de zee en de bergen is een aanrader. Het zwembad is veilig, proper en gewoonweg zalig.... Wat verderop is een B&B (Bodega Vino y Arte) , uitgebaat door de vriendelijke Duitsers Gerhard en Anita. Zeker een bezoeken ! en snel want hij stopt er in oktober mee en gaat op een welverdiend pensioen. De housekeeper Manuel is een zeer aangenaam en behulpzaam man! Niks is hem te veel. Enige klein minpuntje...warm water....dat bleek soms wel een uitdaging te zijn.

Pros: Vi havde 10 fine dage i huset i Sayalonga. Vi havde i forvejen et godt kendskab til byen Sayalonga, til hvor vi bestemt vil anbefale et besøg. Det er en meget hyggelig lille by med et hyggeligt torv og gode, lokale restauranter. Der var ca. 2,7 km fra centrum af Sayalonga op til huset på bjerget. Vi vidste på forhånd, at der ikke var aircondition, men dette savnede vi meget. Det var meget varmt om natten. Huset fungerer fint på trods af lidt pudsig indretning. Sengene var gode at sove i og huset føltes trygt og var generelt velfungerende. Bjergtagende og aldeles fantastisk udsigt og fin pool, der er god for små børn, idet den ikke er særlig dyb. Wi-fi fungerede upåklageligt. Årsagen til at vi ikke har givet 5 stjerner hele vejen ned er blandt andet, at vi manglede basisting i hverdagen, så som vasketøjskurv, grill-redskaber og DVD samt privatliv hver 3 dag, når poolpasser/vandpasser var omkring poolområdet i 2 timer mellem 10-12, dette kunne have været planlagt bedre, og vi har informeret ejer om vores oplevelse.

The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept so well. The sitting room was lovely to relax with the DVDs we had taken after eating with the wonderful seaview. It was actually quite hard to drag ourselves away but being close to Valez-Malaga & the coast made it easier for trips out & then return to the lovely serenity of the Casa. The owners were extremely helpful from the first enquiry through to a little help whilst we were there. We would recommend this villa for a lovely relaxing break but close enough to amenities.

A beautiful hideaway, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The communication from the owners at the start of the booking process, through to contacting the property manager on arrival is fast and very detailed. We would definitely recommend and have already booked another 2 trips and can't wait to go back again.

Pros: We hebben heerlijk genoten van deze woning in Sayalonga. Compleet privé, mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en mocht je een probleem hebben dan is de beheerder continue bereikbaar. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht, wij zijn kokers en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Al met al hebben wij heerlijk genoten en vonden het jammer om na 3 weken te vertrekken. Wij komen graag een keer terug.

Pros: I travelled to this relaxing villa for the third time with family and friends. The villa was very well equiped and in an amazing location. I would most definitely recommend this villa, the interior is very relaxing morish. The beds are fantastic to sleep, was a long time ago we slept so good. The swimming pool is a good sized and save swimming pool with breathtaking views, the garden is very nice with lots of lemon and orange trees, the plot is also fully fenced with a secured entrance. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable Holiday again.
