The Space:

Wake up each morning to beautiful natural light at this charming, three-bedroom home in East Sandwich. From this lovely property, you'll have wonderful access to Sandy Neck Beach only a mile north, with serene public lands and the Sandy Neck Lighthouse just a few miles beyond. Stroll home from the beach each afternoon to be greeted by an outdoor shower, a small front patio, and a back deck where you can light the grill, kick back and relax, and continue to soak up the summer sun. Inside, the house is bright and welcoming, offering a country-inspired kitchen with butcherblock countertops, a six-person dining room table, and space for more casual meals and snacks at the breakfast bar. As the day's swimsuits and beach towels spin in the washer/dryer, you can set up a board game in the front living room, stream a movie on the smart TV in the sunroom, or head outside to roast marshmallows around the firepit. Evergreen is scheduled to maintenance the yard every Wednesday during summer. THINGS TO KNOW There's an outdoor shower at the house. The one full bathroom is upstairs on the second floor.

Very comfortable stay in a spacious and clean home. Took advantage of the back patio for grilling and the outdoor shower after a day in the sun.

This house is beautiful and conveniently located to the beach and hiking trails through the marsh. We were very impressed by the way in which it was furnished — plenty of towels (including beach towels) and all kinds of dishes in the kitchen. Communication with the property manager was easy , and they were very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we get another chance to visit the Cape!

We had a great experience. The house is private and not to close to neighbors. Close to beach. It had everything we needed. The property manager Chad responded immediately and fixed a minor issue we had. He went above and beyond. The only thing I would suggest is marking the bottom of the driveway as it is not very noticeable. We wouldn't have found it if the neighbor wasn't outside.

Such a lovely home!!!! Fit our group of 6 friends perfectly. We enjoyed a perfect NE summer weekend. We loved having a bbq on the grill one night and having the outdoor shower was great so there were 2 showers for us to use.
