The Sandbridge Dunes - Katz Meow 204



The Space:

Centrally located in the heart of Sandbridge is the gated condo community of Sandbridge Dunes. At this lovely condo, you can take in beautiful ocean views from your south-facing deck.

Step inside to find a custom kitchen with granite countertops, tile bathrooms, and a great floor plan that allows for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy your day at the beach, then come home to relax in the primary suite's jetted tub. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, a TV with a VCR/DVD player, and a Keurig coffee maker to make your mornings all the more pleasant.



This optimum location will allow you easy walking access to the beach, the market, restaurants, and local seaside shops. On the grounds of the complex, you'll find a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.



Things to Know

Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided.

The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches.

Do not move furniture between rooms.

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.



No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Pros: Close to beach. Secure. Condo felt spacious. Plenty of dishes. Property mangers quick to respond to problem. Cons: Few maintenance issues. Master bedroom is right outside an intersection - causes two issues…1) Traffic noise; 2) the room is lit up all night.

Great beach getaway

It was perfect for 4 sisters to gather. We were in town for our niece’s baby shower. This condo was close to family but gave us a little space of our own. The proximity to the beach was a definite plus.

Came to Sandbridge to do a virtual conference for work. The condo was very cozy, wifi/internet worked well, and the beach was easy to access during down time. Would definitely come back!

The location was wonderful and the decor was very interesting. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds could use an update. The bed in the master bedroom was VERY small and the comforters were a little uncomfortable. The pool was clean and not overcrowded and the view and balcony was beautiful.

Sister’s weekend

The unit is lovely. We enjoyed being close to the beach and ocean. There needs to be more direction and information for visitors. We had no idea where the unit was located, where the elevator was, and there needs to be some kind of luggage carts for getting suitcases and bags into the unit and when checking out. Also needs to have a safety diagram with fire exits, stair locations etc.
