Completely renovated villa with private pool (8x4m), Mediterranean garden, outdoor shower and barbecue. Ground floor: bright living room with fireplace and air conditioning, equipped kitchen with access to the garage, bedroom and bathroom. Upper floor: two bedrooms, one of them with terrace, and a bathroom. Electric radiators and air conditioning (cold only) in all rooms. Solar panels guarantee lower electricity costs. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Large terrace areas around the pool, 4 x 8 metre pool, outdoor shower h/c, gas barbecue, large garage for 1 car + parking space for another car on the property, 4 cold air conditioning units (living room + all bedrooms), electric radiators throughout the house, fireplace cassette for wood in the living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 large parasol, 4 sun loungers, free WIFI, new flat screen TV with WIFI, Netflix etc..., Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with three ice compartments, oven, ceramic hob, etc., central locking system (only 1 key), The bed sizes are: 1 double bed with 1,50m x 1,90m, 1 double bed with 1,60m x 2,00m and one double bed with 1,50mx1,90m. The house has solar panels on the roof, so the electricity costs are significantly lower on sunny days.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice sunny residential area in the Barranquets area only 600 meters from the sea. Good bus connection to Denia. Fantastic stone, sandy beaches and bars nearby. Extensive shopping opportunities (Lidl, Aldi, German specialties, German bakers, etc.). Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Bike rental in town. Only short ways to the next golf course. Guided hiking tours in the surrounding mountains.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:

The contract serves to comply with regional legislation, as well as to protect the guest, agency and owner, so it does not include anything that is not already specified in the advertisement. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival. For bookings of less than 11 nights, we will ask all guests to send us their ID's, in compliance with regional regulations.
