With a view of the sea, the holiday apartment Veleta ll in Pollença is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, and an open terrace, is also available for your use.

Wir sind erst um 23 Uhr angekommen, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Unser Gastgeber hat auf uns gewartet.Vom Balkon ist eine schöne Aussicht zum Meer. Wir haben einige Male dort gegessen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Wunderschöne Woche in Pollença

Pros: Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Pollença. In Sebastians Wohnung haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt - es hat an Nichts gefehlt! Eine wertige Küche inklusive sehr großem Kühl-& Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine plus Wäscheständer, bequeme Betten und saubere Bäder. Der sehr große Balkon mit Blick zum Meer rundete unseren Urlaub ab. Tolle Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Am sauberen Strand vorne ist man in wenigen Gehminuten, dort gibt es eine Strandbar und Liegen zum Mieten. An den Hafen von Port Pollença selbst läuft man gemütlich in 30 Minuten, dort gibt es Shops, Cafes und Restaurants (die ersten erreicht man aber schon nach wenigen Minuten) Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und zu unserer Reisezeit Mitte Juni wenig besucht, wir waren immer alleine dort. Es gibt dort Liegen und eine Dusche! Der Ort ums Haus herum ist insgesamt sehr ruhig gewesen! Wir haben ohne Probleme mit offener Türe geschlafen. Sebastian ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen! Cons: Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Valeta II

The property host was amazing. He met us in the early hours following our flight delay without a problem. Excellent communication via WhatsApp. The property was clean and bright. A little old in furnishings- but everything was ok. Both the bathrooms/showers look like they had been refurbished/modern. Showers good & powerful. Kitchen small but everything required was supplied. The lounge was big and the balconies excellent. The pool area was good . The property is about 10 mins walk from nearest restaurant and 25 mins walk to the centre of Porto Pollensa. It’s in a quiet area and easy to park. Would recommend.

Family stay in puerta pollenca

The apartment was exactly as described in a quiet location near the beach . We had everything we could possibly need there , it had a lovely spacious balcony with a lovely view . The host was there to welcome us when we we arrived and was easy to contact if needed

Great apartment with views

This is a very well equipped, perfectly located apartment. The large balcony allows you to sit and take in the sea view. The beach is a 5 min walk and the main restaurants/bars are 20-25 min walk. Great communication with the host, Sebastian, added to a relaxing holiday.

Good place for remote work and chill

Pros: Sebastian the contact person was easy going and always reachable by Whatsapp. The check in process went very smooth and we very able to check in before official check in time. The internet connection was superb and the balcony very spacious. The flat was fully equipped and even sun umbrellas were available for the beach. Moreover, the location is in a more quieter part of the town, outside of the tourist masses. I stayed with three friends and we used the apartment for remote work. Cons: The deposit needed to be paid in cash. The process went very smoothly but I personally prefer cashless. The apartment is a 20 minute walk away from the center, which I liked personally, but if you are looking to be next to all the bars and tourist restaurants it might be a bit outside.

Lovely peaceful week

The apartment was spacious, clean and the balcony had nice views. Sebastian, the owner, was helpful and easy to keep in touch with. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to the port and is in a quiet area, but there are restaurants and bars a couple of minutes away. I would go there again.

Lovely views

The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday . The view is lovely and just a 2 minute walk to the beach . There are restaurants and supermarkets near by and a 15 minute flat walk takes you into the centre and harbour which is lovely. There is also a bus stop nearby and plenty of parking if you have a car . Good communication with the host who was there to greet us on our arrival.

A great stay in a spacious, well equipped and well positioned apartment. Very clean and comfortable at the quiet end of PP but walkable into main town area. Highly recommend!

Lovely flat, clean & well equipped in a great location

Pros: The pool was great, a good size, rarely busy and nice & warm! The beach was also lovely, just a few minutes walk from the apartment with plenty of sun beds close to the water. The restaurants & shops were not too far to walk and it's all flat so doesn't take long. A lovely clean & well equipped flat, comfy beds and in a great location. The air conditioning in the lounge was great to cool down and the sofa was lovely and comfortable to watch the TV. The owner was very friendly & quick to reply to any questions via whatsapp and was there to greet us when we arrived. I would happily return in the future. Cons: It was very hot in July so the bedrooms did get really warm. The ceiling fans were a great help but it would have been better with air conditioning in the bedrooms or a unit outside in the hall to help cool them down. The lounge had air con which was great and worked well.

Great apartment in a lovely part of town, a couple of minute from the beach and amenities. Incredibly well set up to make a home from home, with stunning views from the balcony. We will be back!!
