Experience Dallas in style at this modern Uptown retreat featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, multiple balconies, a private patio with grill, and a dedicated theater room. Designed for comfort and convenience, the home is ideal for groups, event weekends, business travelers, or extended stays.

Located in the heart of Uptown/Oak Lawn, you’ll be minutes from Downtown Dallas, the American Airlines Center, top restaurants, shopping, and nightlife — while also being approximately 20 minutes from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, home to major concerts, sporting events, and upcoming World Cup matches.

The home offers hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, spacious gathering spaces, driveway parking for two vehicles, additional street parking, and a modern layout across three levels. Guests can relax indoors in the theater/media room or enjoy outdoor living from the patio and multiple balcony spaces.

Best suited for adults and older children due to multiple staircases and elevated balcony areas.

Uptown/Oak Lawn is one of my favorite areas in Dallas because it offers the perfect mix of city energy and neighborhood charm. Guests are close to Downtown Dallas, the American Airlines Center, popular restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment, while still being able to enjoy a more relaxed residential setting.

The location also provides convenient access to major highways and nearby destinations, including Arlington’s AT&T Stadium, making it an ideal home base for concerts, sporting events, and upcoming World Cup matches.
