. The vacation rental is located in the first row facing the sea and on the first floor of the townhouses with a ground-level entrance. A fantastic 100% ocean view, a large furnished balcony with an electric awning, and a modernly furnished apartment offer a wonderful place to enjoy your time on the Baltic Sea. On the large, partially covered balcony, you can relax on the furniture from sunrise through the afternoon, enjoying the sun and the breathtaking, unobstructed ocean view. The stylishly furnished combined living and dining area opens onto the balcony. Through the large panoramic windows, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, is integrated into the living and dining area. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 m x 190 cm), which cannot be pushed together. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (2x 90 cm x 190 cm) and a closet providing ample storage space. There is no space in the bedrooms to set up a travel crib; electric roller shades are available for blackout. The modern bathroom with a shower is located inside the unit. The private, complimentary parking space is also located just a few meters away, at ground level, right next to the entrance to your accommodation. Since the ocean and the beach are right outside the door, it’s just a few steps away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Amenities in the area include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
