". Located on the second floor (entrance on the first floor) of the terraced houses, right on the beachfront, this ultra-modern 2-room vacation apartment is perfect for 2 people. With its maritime charm, it offers a relaxing retreat in a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. The southeast-facing balcony with an awning provides a 100% ocean view—enjoy the stunning view of the water and the sound of the waves from the comfortable lounge chairs. The cozy living and dining area, with its maritime flair, opens onto the balcony. Insect screens on the balcony door and windows keep the mosquitoes out, allowing you to relax on the comfortable sofa set and unwind. The separate kitchen is small but fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, and oven. The bedroom, which features a second TV, has two comfortable single beds (each 80 cm x 195 cm). The modern shower room is bright and located inside the apartment. The gently sloping sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away—no roads need to be crossed. A parking space right outside the door is included.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The "Ferienpark Sierksdorf" apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
