Welcome to the 3-room vacation apartment No. 176,

The large balcony, with a dining table and lounge area, faces southeast and offers a view of Lübeck Bay across the first row of row houses. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children and offers wonderful conditions for a relaxing vacation. The spacious living and dining area features a cozy seating area and plenty of space for the little ones to play. The small kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove, opens onto the living and dining area via a serving hatch. Conveniently, the dining table is just an arm’s length away from the kitchen pass-through. The first bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 190 cm). The modernized shower room is located inside the apartment. It’s just a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach—no need to cross any streets. Private parking space in front of the house.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and may not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bakery kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
