Welcome to "Seesand." Here you’ll find 80 square meters of vacation comfort for the whole family. The 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment No. 4 is located on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with a shower in the apartment. The two bedrooms are furnished as follows: one with a box-spring bed measuring 1.8 m x 2 m and the other with two single beds measuring 0.9 m x 2 m. Laundry facilities are available in the building for a fee. Parking space in the parking garage (this space is NOT suitable for large cars, RVs, Sprinters, etc.!)

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. All of our properties are non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed!!
Outdoor and landscaping work is currently underway on the neighboring property.

The bright and modern 3-room non-smoking vacation apartment No. 4, featuring a sunroom and balcony, is located on the first floor and offers 80 square meters of vacation comfort for the whole family. The stylishly furnished living and dining area forms the heart of this beautiful apartment. Enjoy relaxed meals with your family at the long dining table, or wind down the day with a glass of wine in the cozy sunroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The modern, high-quality bathroom features a shower. A washing machine is available in the building for a fee. A parking space in the building’s underground garage is included.
