On the lower level is the cozy living-dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a dining table. The integrated, open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Of course, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided.

Adjacent to the living room is a light-filled, heated sunroom. Spanning 20 square meters, you’ll find a wonderful oasis of relaxation with a cozy sofa set, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. From there, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea. Electric interior awnings provide protection from the sun. Adjacent to the sunroom is a furnished balcony facing southwest, perfect for sunny afternoons.
There is also a guest restroom on the lower level.
A comfortable staircase or the elevator in the stairwell takes you to the upper living level with the bedroom and bathroom. The spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) features a wardrobe, a desk, and a 47-inch flat-screen TV. The comfortable bathroom with a toilet includes a rain shower and a heated towel rack.
